Regaine Regular Strength is for men with a family history of hair loss who have a general thinning of hair at the top of the scalp (vertex).

Warning:
Do not use Regaine Regular Strength if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Avoid contact with eyes.

What is Regaine Regular Strength?
Regaine Regular Strength contains minoxidil 20 mg/ml. It also contains propylene glycol, alcohol, and water.
Each bottle contains 60 ml of solution, and three different applicators are in the pack (you will see which particular applicator is best for you later in this leaflet). Regaine Regular Strength is supplied in pack of one bottle
How Does it Work?
It is not exactly certain how Regaine Regular Strength works. It might help blood flow to the cells in your scalp which grow hair.
What is Regaine Regular Strength used for?
Regaine Regular Strength is used to treat common hereditary baldness in men and women of 18 to 65 years of age.
Regaine Regular Strength works best in men with hair loss or thinning at the topof the scalp, who have a general thinning over the entire scalp (see diagrams). Those who are younger, who have been losing hair for only a short period of time, or have a small area of baldness are likely to respond best to Regaine Regular Strength. Those who have been bald for many years, or have a large area of hair loss, are unlikely to benefit from Regaine Regular Strength. It is not possible to predict how you will respond to Regaine Regular Strength. Regrown hair may be composed of original thick hairs and soft, downy colourless hairs. In clinical trials, around 3 out of 5 men reported hair regrowth after using Regaine Regular Strength for 4 and 8 months respectively. Moderate or dense regrowth was described by 1 in 4 users. As hair growth is a slow process, Regaine Regular Strength will take some time to work. At the beginning, about 2-6 weeks after starting treatment, there may be a temporary increase in hair loss. With continued application, hair growth should become noticeable after 4 months. This will be the soft, downy hair at the start, but should eventually become your normal hair. If regrowth does not appear after 12 months, it is very unlikely that you will respond, and Regaine Regular Strength should be stopped. If regrowth does occur, you will have to use Regaine Regular Strength every day for the hair growth to keep up or continued further. If you stop using it, your regrown hair may disappear within 3 to 4 months.
